As a manager or executive, how does your organization rank based on these criteria?
- learning opportunities and challenge
- a good fit between work and personal life
- autonomy
- having a supervisor who supports job success
- economic security
- a work climate of respect and trust

Hi Chris,
I think these are all important – but especially the fourth one. A positive workplace culture MUST be exhibited at the level of the individual supervisor. If its not, HR won't be able to do anything to stop employee turnover. I enjoy Galinski's work – thanks for sharing it.
